Has Confirmed That They Are Performing Coaching Duties And Chapter (IV) Section 28 Of The RTE Act 2009”.

The Ministry Also Said In A Circular Issued In 2022 That Rule 10 Of The Jammu And Kashmir Government Officials (Conduct) Regulations, 1971 Says: Government Is Directly Or Indirectly Engaged In Trade, Commerce Or Other Business.
